You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Information provided when placing an order or creating an account must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY
We sell automotive replacement parts, including genuine Korean OEM parts. Product photos, packaging, labels, and colors may vary slightly from the images displayed.
Customers must verify compatibility before purchasing by contacting us with the exact OEM part number or vehicle VIN. Vehicle model and production-year descriptions are provided for reference and do not replace VIN or part-number confirmation.
KOEM PARTS is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hyundai, Kia, or any other vehicle manufacturer. Manufacturer names and trademarks are used only to identify product compatibility and belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing or product information is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
If an order is changed or cancelled, we will contact the customer using the information supplied with the order. Payment for a cancelled order will be refunded when applicable.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Product prices and promotions may change without notice. Shipping charges are shown during checkout when available.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information. Import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country charges are not included unless expressly stated.
SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Standard international shipping generally takes 10–21 business days after dispatch. Express international shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a shipment is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us promptly. After confirmation, we will provide an appropriate refund or replacement according to our published policies.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible customers may complete an approved return and place a new order. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

The website design, original text, graphics, and KOEM PARTS branding are owned by or licensed to GANDAKOREA unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Product manufacturers retain ownership of their respective names, logos, trademarks, and product materials.
SECTION 9 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases are made directly from GANDAKOREA, not Shopify. Third-party services, payment providers, carriers, and external links may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of the Republic of Korea unless applicable law requires otherwise.
