Returns are not accepted for fitment or compatibility issues if the customer did not contact us before ordering.

Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

For approved unopened returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and our original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Opened, installed, connected, used, damaged, or modified items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

If the item is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, we will provide a refund or resend the item after confirmation.

For shipping damage, customers must provide several clear photos of the product and shipping box.
