KOEM PARTS is operated by GANDAKOREA, a registered sole proprietorship in South Korea.
Compatibility and Fitment
Before purchasing, customers must contact us to confirm compatibility using the exact OEM part number or vehicle VIN. Returns for fitment or compatibility issues may be refused if the customer did not contact us before ordering.
Return Eligibility and Window
Unused and unopened items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers must contact us before sending a return and receive return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Opened, installed, connected, used, modified, or customer-damaged items are not eligible for return, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Return Shipping and Fees
For approved non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping.
The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We do not charge a separate restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Items
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if the shipment is lost in transit.
After confirmation, we will provide a refund or replacement. For shipping damage claims, customers must provide clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and shipping label.
If we require a damaged or incorrect item to be returned, we will provide return instructions and cover the approved return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To order a different item, return the eligible item after approval and place a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify the customer whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may cause an additional delay.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Where applicable, customers in the European Union may cancel or return an eligible order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
